Good evening my huddleberry family. Am so mad at the moment. So today being the 31st of October, 2019, my elder sister who happened to be nursing a month old baby dropped her under my care in Kubwa so as to run some personal errands. She came back to pick her baby and decided to request for a bolt ride since her baby is too tender to ride on a byke. Her destination was within Kubwa. The first bolt driver complained that he is far away from her pick up location even when it can clearly be seen that he is close on the map. The second driver busied her call and the third instantly turned around when he found out her destination was within Kubwa. I can’t help but wonder why they rejected her bolt request. She was obviously requesting for a service which she was ready to pay for. Maybe these drivers see it as a waste of time and fuel. But it is quite unfair. I feel their utmost priority should be customer satisfaction and not their own gain. If these drivers find it difficult transporting passengers within a city, then the passengers should be made aware so they don’t end up wasting their time and burning airtime trying to reach these drivers. I really felt bad for her because she looked frustrated. Well long story short, she was lucky to see a good Samaritan going her way. I have always rated Bolt higher than other riding services and i know the number of friends I have convinced to pick a ride with them. Am still angry not at the company but at the drivers. Can someone please explain why these drivers must have behaved in such manner?
